The Potentino Valley has a rich bio-diversity with a vast and varied flora for the insects to forage from, and the honey from Potentino's hives reflects this. It is herbal, complex, aromatic and utterly delicious! Our bee-keeper says it has a lot of oak in it.
Highly recommended with pecorino and ricotta cheese.
