The wonderful Francesca and Lorenzo graze their sheep at Potentino for a few months each year as part of a modern rethinking of the transumanza or traditional migration of the flocks of sheep across Italy in search of fresh pasture.
We will send you one of their pecorino cheeses vacuum-packed.
Please note that some countries including the USA and Canada do not allow for cheese to be imported. If this is the case, we will replace it with something of similar value.
