Potentino's oil is made from a blend of Olivastra Seggianese, Frantoio, Pendolino and Lecino olives. All are picked while the olives are still green or just as they are turning black at the end of October and in early November each year.
We take all our olives to the press as soon as we can to ensure the highest quality oil we can. The olives are presses at the award-winning press Frantoio Franci who cold press all the olives in separate batches.
The oil is bottled in a green metal can with an internal non-drip pourer.
