Cold Pressed locally, we make very little olive oil each year at Potentino so it is liable to run out fast!
Potentino's oil is made from a blend of Olivastra Seggianese, Frantoio, Pendolino and Lecino olives. All are picked while the olives are still green or just as they are turning black at the end of October and in early November each year.
The oil is a medium fruity olive oil with a light bitterness and notes of cardoon and freshly cut grass. When it is first picked it is very peppery.
